What a pleasure doing business with both of you. Tom and I appreciate your labor on this roof and your patient explanation. The roof does look fresh and perfect! All the workers were very busy and your “mini-me” son was one of the hardest workers. He told us some of the facts about the old roof that was astonishing! I will have great things to say when I speak the Better Business Bureau! We will be glad to spread the word about your family business as the way a family business should be conducted…is what every homeowner desires:
- Spending time with the customer so they understand what will be done.

To whom it may concern,
I reside in Canton Ohio. During the summer of 2008 we had a hail storm that damaged my roof. While talking with the insurance adjustor who inspected the roof, he told me I needed new shingles. I asked his opinion about shingles, and he told me he has GAF on his house.
After getting three quotes I decided on Haralson Roofing even though Haralson was not the low bidder. Gary Haralson explained in detail about the roofing system, starting with the premium roof felt, soil stack flashing, heavy duty flashing, valleys, ridge caps, etc.
I found Mr. Haralson to be very informative, knowledgeable, and honest. He and his crew were polite and professional. They protected the property, clean-up was satisfactory, and the work was done in a timely manner.
We have a son who resides in North Royalton, Ohio, who also had hail damage to his roof. At our recommendation, Haralson also put new shingles on his house. I would not hesitate to recommend Haralson Roofing to anyone looking for roof replacement or repair.
